    Or

    • Create an Express Entry profile and show it to the provinces and territories where you would like to live
    • Once the province/territory sends you a Notification of Interest, you can apply to their Express Entry stream
    • The province will offer your nomination through your account and you can accept it electronically
  • Paper-Based Process

For your language ability to be eligible, you must

    • Apply for nomination under a non-Express Entry program
    • Meet the eligibility requirements of the proivincew
    • Once you are nominated, submit a paper application for permanent residence to IRCC

Note: Application processing times are longer than through Express Entry
